A 4-year-old Wisconsin boy and his 12-year-old sister have been found safe after authorities said the girl might have been armed.
According to WISN and WTMJ, Milwaukee police said 4-year-old Nevin Powell was last in contact with his guardian on Tuesday, Dec. 2, and was believed to be with his sister, 12-year-old Sanuya Wooten-Powell.
Before they were located, the siblings were last seen walking together on North Fifth Street in Milwaukee, WISN reported.
Police were particularly worried about Nevin because he had been traveling without a coat or shoes in cold weather, according to the outlet.

The outlet also reported that Sanuya was wanted by police and may have been armed.
FOX6 reported that Milwaukee police alleged the 12-year-old girl was wanted on a felony warrant for battery to a police officer.
It is not yet clear whether she has been formally charged or arrested.
On Wednesday, Dec. 3, authorities confirmed that both children had been found safe.
