90 Day Fiancé Star Nikki Exotika ‘Very Weak’ in the Hospital After ‘Complicated Surgery’ Causes ‘Excessive Bleeding’

90 Day Fiancé star Nikki Exotika (real name: Nicole Sanders) is recovering in the hospital following a “very complicated surgery” that left her “very weak,” according to a friend who shared updates on her condition.

In an Instagram Story post, a friend named Mike shared a photo of Exotika in a hospital bed surrounded by medical equipment, writing that she experienced “excessive bleeding” during the procedure.

“Nicole had a very complicated surgery today and had excessive bleeding. She’s in recovery now but very weak — she refused a blood transfusion prior to surgery,” Mike wrote. “They are monitoring her overnight at the hospital. I will be taking care of her and will share more updates as time passes.”

A few hours later, Mike provided another update, saying the 49-year-old reality star’s condition had worsened.

“I’m taking care of her and drove her in for outpatient surgery this morning. Nicole is not doing well,” he wrote. “I’ve already spoken to her mom. Her blood pressure keeps dropping. Waiting on doctors to give me more answers.”

He explained that doctors told him her blood was “very thin,” which contributed to the bleeding. “She admitted to me she took Advil a few days before for her headaches, which contains NSAID. She’s very weak. She refused a blood transfusion. Her family and I are very worried. Right now we are just praying she will pull through.”

According to the National Library of Medicine, taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) before surgery can increase the risk of bleeding.

Mike added that Exotika “cannot receive visitors” due to how serious her condition is. “I’m watching over her, and I’m not going anywhere! Before surgery, Nicole unlocked her iPhone and gave me permission to post on her stories if anything happened. Please pray, all we can do.”

While Mike didn’t specify what kind of surgery she underwent, Exotika previously opened up about ongoing complications related to her breast implants.

In an August 13 video, she explained that she had faced “a serious, serious infection in my breast due to water getting inside from my last surgery” in 2019, which led to significant scar tissue buildup. She said she was scheduled to undergo a capsulectomy — the removal of scar tissue — in October.

At the time, Exotika shared that the surgery “should’ve been done a few years ago” but had been delayed. “I need to gain 15 pounds, because they need to do fat grafting, a capsulectomy, and exchange of implants,” she said, adding in her caption, “All I will say is I’m lucky to be alive right now!”
