A resurfaced deposition video shared by the anti-Trump platform MeidasTouch shows convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein being questioned about whether he ever socialized with Donald Trump in the presence of women “under the age of 18.”

The footage, originally aired by ABC News, is drawing renewed attention as the Trump administration continues its efforts to suppress the so-called “Epstein Files,” now entering their third week of controversy.

Ben Meiselas, founder and host of MeidasTouch, has been spotlighting damning content through his podcast, aiming to tie Trump more closely to Epstein’s criminal legacy.

The video, dated March 17, 2010, captures part of Epstein’s sworn deposition. Although the clip has been previously reported, its reappearance is fueling a wave of online discussion—particularly in light of Attorney General Pam Bondi’s recent revelation that Trump was informed about his mention in the Epstein Files as early as May.

The deposition proceeds as follows:

ATTORNEY: Have you ever had a personal relationship with Donald Trump?
EPSTEIN: What do you mean by “personal relationship,” sir?
ATTORNEY: Have you socialized with him?
EPSTEIN: Yes, sir.
ATTORNEY: Have you ever socialized with Donald Trump in the presence of females under the age of 18?
EPSTEIN: Though I’d like to answer that question, at least today I’m going to have to assert my Fifth, Sixth, and 14th Amendment rights, sir.

The video has amassed hundreds of thousands of views on social media and was broadcast by ABC World News Tonight.

A 2016 report by Vice previously covered the deposition and included details from Epstein’s personal phone book, which had been seized by the FBI. The book contained contact information for numerous high-profile figures, including Prince Bandar of Saudi Arabia, Tony Blair, Senator Edward Kennedy, Henry Kissinger, and Republican presidential candidate Jon Huntsman.

It also listed major political donors such as David Koch and Pepe Fanjul.

Names connected to Trump—his former wife Ivana, daughter Ivanka, and brother Robert—were found alphabetically in the book.

In addition, Epstein organized contacts into unusual categories. One labeled “Jeffrey” included names like Ehud Barak, Alan Dershowitz, then–Senator John Kerry, former Senator George Mitchell, D.C. lobbyist Thomas Quinn, and David Rockefeller.

Donald Trump’s entry appeared in this section with 14 phone numbers attached—ranging from emergency contacts to personal staff like security and housemen.
