Mark Wahlberg’s daughter, Grace Wahlberg, was injured during an equestrian competition.
On Sunday, Nov. 3, the 15-year-old shared a series of photos on Instagram, beginning with an image of herself in a hospital bed wearing a sling. “No pressure we will be back,” Grace captioned the post.
Her father, Mark, 54, commented with praying hands, broken heart, and crying emojis. The exact nature of Grace’s injury has not been revealed, and Mark has not issued any further updates.
Other images in Grace’s post showed her on horseback and walking in her equestrian uniform, along with an older photo of Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans celebrating a victory.
In 2024, Mark appeared visibly anxious while watching Grace compete in a horse show. “I’ve never been more nervous, anxious, or stressed at any sporting event in my life🫣 @municipal 📈🏹💯 @huntersedge 🥰🥳🏆#MunicipalPartner,” Wahlberg captioned his Instagram post at the time.

The clip, seemingly recorded from the stands, showed Grace riding her horse across a field and leaping over a fence as spectators applauded. The camera then turned to Mark, who watched nervously from the sidelines, sighed, and shook his head before glancing back toward the field.
Mark shares Grace with his wife, Rhea Durham, and they are also parents to Ella, 22, Michael, 19, and Brendan, 17.
The actor has often spoken about his tight-knit family, joking in an interview last month that his kids “love making fun of me.” “They imitate me, give me crap,” the Play Dirty star said. “They’ll do the Boston accent.”
The Wahlberg family attended the Play Dirty premiere together on Sept. 24. “It’s hard to get them all together these days,” Mark said, adding that he earned some “cool dad” points when his daughter Ella brought several friends from Clemson University to the event. “We were able to score some points here and there,” he added.
