Former Bravo personality Jennifer Welch and Pod Save America co-host Tommy Vietor unleashed an impassioned tirade on the I’ve Had It podcast Thursday, venting their frustration at continually losing political ground to Republicans.
“I’ve had it with getting beaten by the biggest losers on the planet,” Vietor said, expressing outrage over prominent conservative figures including Stephen Miller, Don and Eric Trump, and a group of young Republicans whose controversial private messages recently surfaced.
“I’m so tired of these people beating us and creating this perception that MAGA is somehow ‘cool’ or culturally ascendant,” he added. “It’s wrong, it’s exhausting, and we can’t let it continue.”
Welch agreed wholeheartedly. “We cannot lose our democracy to these people,” she said, using strong language to emphasize her frustration. Earlier this month, Welch made headlines after referring to Miller in inflammatory terms.

During the same exchange, Welch took aim at Sen. JD Vance, launching into a personal attack. “He wanted to be a drag queen, but he couldn’t pull it off,” she said. “He goes off to Peter Thiel’s so-called ‘boot camp’ in Silicon Valley and comes back acting like a sociopathic freak show. He’d be a lot cooler if he just came out.”
Welch claimed that certain Republican leaders push hardline Christian-nationalist policies to mask what she characterized as repressed aspects of their personal lives. “In the MAGA movement, there’s this group of closeted men who hate that part of themselves,” she said. “They condemn others publicly, then hide their own truth in private. They believe that if they promote Christian nationalism, it somehow redeems them.”
Vietor agreed, adding that such behavior stems from deep self-denial. “You see this pattern over and over — people repressing something and then turning cruel toward the part of themselves they despise,” he said.

Fox News Digital reached out to Peter Thiel, JD Vance, and Rep. Mike Johnson for comment but did not receive an immediate response.
Welch, once known for her Bravo reality series Sweet Home Oklahoma and interior design career, has increasingly positioned herself as a liberal media figure. She has appeared on CNN and MSNBC, and her podcast has featured prominent Democratic guests, including House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries.
