A delivery worker has been arrested a month after she allegedly posted a TikTok video showing a DoorDash customer who, according to police, appeared naked and unresponsive during a food delivery.

Olivia Henderson, 23, was taken into custody on Nov. 10 in connection with an Oct. 12 incident at a residence in Oswego, N.Y., the Oswego City Police Department said in a statement.

Authorities say the investigation began the following day, after a report was made that a male customer was nude inside his home when Henderson arrived to drop off his order.

Henderson told police she had been se*ually assaulted during the interaction. However, investigators stated they found no evidence supporting her claim. They added that the man in the video — described as “incapacitated and unconscious” — has cooperated fully.

Police allege Henderson recorded the man from outside the home and then uploaded the video to TikTok. She has claimed on her TikTok account that she was subjected to “indecent exposure” and that the customer was visible from the front door where she was directed to leave the delivery.

Henderson also stated that TikTok removed the original post. She has since posted multiple videos accusing TikTok, DoorDash, and local police of retaliating against her for reporting the alleged assault — including a claim that DoorDash deactivated her account.

DoorDash, when asked for comment, referred to an Oct. 16 statement in which the company confirmed deactivating a delivery driver who posted nude images of a customer. The company emphasized its zero-tolerance policy for se*ual misconduct and noted that sharing a customer’s image without consent violates platform policies. The statement also clarified that the driver retains full access to earnings.

Henderson is charged with first-degree dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image and second-degree unlawful surveillance, according to police.

Court records currently show no plea entry. Her public defender’s office did not immediately provide information. She was released with a ticket to appear in court on Dec. 4.
