Vanessa Hudgens Welcomes Baby No. 2 with Husband Cole Tucker
Vanessa Hudgens is officially a mom of two.
The High School Musical alum, 36, has welcomed her second child with husband Cole Tucker, 29. She shared the happy news on Instagram on Saturday, Nov. 29, posting a photo of herself in a hospital bed holding Tucker’s hand.
“Well…. I did it. Had another baby!!!” she wrote in the caption. “What a wild ride labor is. Big shout out to all the moms. It’s truly incredible what our bodies can do ❤️.”
Friends and fellow stars, including Zoey Deutch and Mario Lopez, flooded the comments with congratulations and sweet messages.
The couple first revealed they were expecting again on July 12, nearly a year after welcoming their first child. Hudgens announced the pregnancy with a series of photos on Instagram, where she and Tucker smiled and pointed at her baby bump while laughing together.
“Round two!!!!” she captioned the post.
Just a week earlier, Hudgens had shared a loving birthday tribute to Tucker for his 29th birthday, posting a playful selfie of the two of them in funky sunglasses.
“Happy birthday to my best friend/lover/partner in life,” she wrote. “@cotuck you’re everything to meeeeeee. No one does it better. 🥳🎂😘.”
Tucker responded in the comments, “You’re the best mama thank you ❤️.”
Throughout her second pregnancy, Hudgens documented the journey with bump photos and stylish looks. On July 12, she posted several shots of herself in a dark brown knit dress that highlighted her growing belly, setting the photos to B2K and Sean “Diddy” Combs’ “Bump Bump Bump” and joking that she “couldn’t help myself with the audio lol.”
Later in the summer, she stepped out for the At Home with Narwal’s summer soiree in Los Angeles on Thursday, Aug. 21, posing for photos at the event.
For her first public appearance after announcing baby No. 2, Hudgens wore an off-the-shoulder white body-con dress, accessorized with gold bangles and rings, and wore her hair down in loose waves as she smiled for the cameras.
