New photos from Jeffrey Epstein’s estate, released Friday by Democrats on the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, show Epstein alongside a number of high-profile figures, including President Donald Trump, former President Bill Clinton and filmmaker Woody Allen. Committee Democrats said they received roughly 95,000 images and chose to make a portion of them public.
“These disturbing images raise even more questions about Epstein and his relationships with some of the most powerful men in the world,” the Oversight Democrats account wrote on X.
Republicans on the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform pushed back, accusing Democrats of political theatrics. In a post on X, the committee’s account said, “Once again, Oversight Democrats are chasing headlines by releasing a handful of selectively censored and cherry-picked photos from the Epstein Estate. Democrats’ hoax against President Trump has been completely debunked. Nothing in the documents we’ve received shows any wrongdoing.”
The photos released Friday are separate from the case files the Department of Justice is required to disclose under the Epstein Files Transparency Act.

Why It Matters
Epstein, a convicted s** offender and disgraced financier, was found dead in August 2019 at New York’s Metropolitan Correctional Center while awaiting trial on federal s** trafficking charges. His death was ruled a suicide.
For years, Epstein maintained social and professional connections with numerous prominent figures. While images show him in the company of well-known individuals, none of those pictured have been accused of wrongdoing related to Epstein. Trump has said his association with Epstein ended long before Epstein’s death, and Clinton has also denied any involvement in Epstein’s crimes.
What to Know
The individuals appearing in the newly released photos include:
- President Donald Trump
- Former President Bill Clinton
- Woody Allen
- Steve Bannon
- Bill Gates
- Alan Dershowitz
- Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, formerly Prince Andrew, Duke of York
- Richard Branson
- Larry Summers
Again, none of these individuals have been accused of criminal conduct in connection with Epstein.
What People Are Saying
Representative Robert Garcia of California, the ranking Democrat on the Oversight Committee, said the release underscores the need for transparency. “It is time to end this White House cover-up and bring justice to the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and his powerful friends,” Garcia said in a statement. “These disturbing photos raise even more questions about Epstein and his relationships with some of the most powerful men in the world. We will not rest until the American people get the truth. The Department of Justice must release all the files, now.”
A spokesman for former President Clinton reiterated a statement first issued in 2019, saying Clinton had no knowledge of Epstein’s criminal activities in Florida or New York.
Bill Gates, speaking earlier this year in an interview with The Wall Street Journal, reflected on his past interactions with Epstein, calling them a “huge mistake” and saying he believed at the time that the relationship might support global health philanthropy, which it ultimately did not.
Oversight Democrats again pressed their demands on X, calling for the Justice Department to release all remaining files. Republicans on the committee responded by accusing Democrats of exploiting the issue for political gain and said such actions undermine justice for Epstein’s survivors.
What Happens Next
Under the Epstein Files Transparency Act, the Department of Justice has until December 19 to release the remaining files related to Epstein.
