Taylor Swift capped off her birthday weekend with a trip to Arrowhead Stadium, where she watched fiancé Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs face the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday, Dec. 14 — just one day after the singer turned 36.

Fan footage shared online showed Swift in Kansas City alongside Kylie Kelce and her daughters. Kylie is married to Jason Kelce, Travis’ older brother, and the couple share four children: daughters Elliotte Ray, 4, Wyatt Elizabeth, 6, Bennett Llewellyn, 2, and Finnley “Finn” Anne, 8 months.

Swift’s appearance comes as she promotes her new Disney+ docuseries, Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour – The End of an Era, with the first two episodes now out. The series follows the final stretch of her Eras Tour and gives viewers a behind-the-scenes view of how the production came together, especially during its closing months.

Kelce, also 36, appears in the doc through a series of phone calls with Swift while she was touring Europe and he was at Chiefs practice during the summer 2024 filming period. In one affectionate moment, Swift compares their energizing check-in to a “vitamin drip” as she heads toward a London concert venue.

Beyond the logistics of staging a three-hour show night after night, the docuseries also highlights the people who made it possible — featuring dancers, choreographers, crew members, rehearsal footage, and the teamwork required to keep the production running smoothly. It additionally touches on difficult moments Swift faced during the tour, including the thwarted terror threat that led to the cancellation of three Vienna shows and the deaths of three young girls at a Swift-themed dance class in England.

Swift has continued showing up for Kelce throughout the season. On Dec. 7, she attended a Chiefs game with friend Selena Gomez and Lena Dunham. Kansas City ultimately lost to the Houston Texans, dropping the team to 6–7 and cutting their playoff odds down to 11%.

Even so, Kelce struck an optimistic tone on an episode of his New Heights podcast recorded before the loss, telling Jason that the team “still have a chance.”

“That’s all that f—— matters to me, is we got a chance and we keep coming into work with the mentality and the sense of urgency that we need to have to get the ship fixed,” he said. “[We’re] a few plays away from being a one seed in my mind.”
