A father was treated to an unexpected and touching moment after reviewing video he didn’t even realize he had captured of his children.
Luke Morman, a 33-year-old father of three, first joined TikTok as a way to share old travel memories with his wife, Rachel, and their daughter, Mila, now 2. Over time, he noticed that simple, everyday parenting moments struck a deeper chord than the travel clips ever did. When the couple later welcomed twin boys, Raffie and Wilder, Morman—who lives in the United Kingdom—began intentionally recording those quiet, ordinary family moments.
What started as casual documentation soon became something more meaningful: a way to capture real family life as it unfolds, complete with all its imperfections and small joys.
One day, during what Morman describes as a completely ordinary moment at home, he unknowingly recorded a particularly sweet interaction between his daughter and one of her younger brothers. He was in the kitchen making milk while holding one of the twins, while the other rested safely in a bouncer in the living room. Meanwhile, Mila kept running back and forth between the two rooms.

Morman recalls gently calling her back a few times, knowing how enthusiastic she can be and wanting to be sure everyone stayed safe. Everything was happening naturally as he multitasked.
A few days later, while reviewing the footage on his phone, he noticed something he hadn’t seen in real time. In the clip—later shared on TikTok—Mila repeatedly enters and exits the frame, each time returning with a different toy for her baby brother. Eventually, she seems to find one that satisfies him, leaves proudly, then rushes back to give him a quick kiss.
She then hugs her brother by lying gently on top of him in the bouncer, rocking him slightly. Toward the end of the clip, she attempts to demonstrate her cuddle to her dad, who quickly steps in to stop her.
Morman captioned the video humorously, noting the challenges of caring for three children under the age of two and joking that the twins would grow up tough thanks to their big sister.
Looking back on the moment, he described it as both sweet and funny. Seeing his daughter instinctively try to comfort and help her brother felt like a genuine surprise—especially because she’s still so young herself.

At the same time, her behavior didn’t entirely shock him. Mila, he says, is naturally curious, caring, and eager to be involved whenever she can.
Morman also shared that he and his wife made a conscious effort to include their daughter as much as possible after the twins arrived, knowing the change would be a big adjustment for her. They never expect or ask her to help, but she often wants to be close and part of what’s happening. Moments like the one caught on camera, he says, are completely organic—and a reflection of her loving nature.
