A second woman has come forward alleging that convicted *** offender Jeffrey Epstein arranged for her to travel to the U.K. to have *** with Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

According to the BBC, the woman — who was in her 20s at the time — says she was hosted by the king’s brother at Royal Lodge in Windsor in 2010. She was also reportedly given a tour of Buckingham Palace. If confirmed, it would be the first public allegation describing an encounter with Andrew at a royal residence.

The woman’s attorney, Brad Edwards of Edwards Henderson, told the BBC on Jan. 31 that his client was sent by Epstein to Andrew. “We’re talking about at least one woman who was sent by Jeffrey Epstein, over to Prince Andrew,” Edwards said, adding that she received a palace tour after spending the night with him.

Edwards previously represented Virginia Giuffre, who alleged that Epstein trafficked her to London to have *** with Andrew when she was 17.

Giuffre died by suicide on April 24, 2025. Her memoir, Nobody’s Girl, was published posthumously in October, renewing public scrutiny around the accusations. In the book, Giuffre restated her allegations against Andrew and wrote that the former prince “believed having *** with me was his birthright.”

Andrew has repeatedly denied Giuffre’s claims and reached a settlement with her in 2022.

Public attention intensified again after additional files connected to Epstein were released and circulated online by the U.S. Department of Justice on Friday, Jan. 30. The materials included images described as showing Andrew bending over a fully clothed woman and touching her stomach while she lay on the floor, and another image showing him on his hands and knees hovering over her.

Andrew was stripped of his royal titles and told to surrender the lease on Royal Lodge — a 30-room mansion — in October 2025. He is currently in the process of vacating the property and was photographed over the weekend driving out of the estate.

Buckingham Palace declined to comment on the latest allegations. In an October statement announcing Andrew’s demotion, the palace said he “continues to deny the allegations against him.” The statement, issued on behalf of King Charles and Queen Camilla, added: “Their Majesties wish to make clear that their thoughts and utmost sympathies have been, and will remain with, the victims and survivors of any and all forms of abuse.”

Epstein pleaded guilty in June 2008 to charges of solicitation of prostitution and solicitation of prostitution with a minor under 18. He was sentenced to 18 months in a minimum-security prison, released in 2009, and later served a period of house arrest that ended in August 2010. Newly released emails also show Andrew inviting Epstein to Buckingham Palace, assuring him of the location’s “privacy.”

Meanwhile, U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer suggested over the weekend that Andrew should testify before Congress about his ties to Epstein. “I have always said anybody who has got information should be prepared to share that information,” Starmer told reporters, according to the BBC. “You can’t be victim-centered if you’re not prepared to do that. Epstein’s victims have to be the first priority.”
