Allison Holker and Adam Edmunds are engaged.

On Thursday, Feb. 12, the professional dancer, 38, announced on Instagram that Edmunds had proposed, calling it “the most romantic night” of her life.

“I am so in love with you Adam. Baby, I am forever grateful for you and the impact you have had in my life and my kids lives,” Holker wrote. “I am a better person because of you. You helped me find me again and showed me how to love. Every morning I wake up I feel safe knowing you are my person at my side. You and your kids coming into our lives has been the biggest blessing.”

Holker said Edmunds, 45, asked her to marry him during what began as a surprise birthday party and turned into a “surprise proposal party.” She celebrated her 38th birthday on Feb. 6, and the event was planned by Troy Williams of Simply Troy.

“The whole night was magic,” she wrote. “You had every detail thought out to make it even more special.”

Holker also thanked those who helped make the evening happen, including Williams and musician Clinton Kane, who performed his song “I Guess I’m in Love” for the couple.

“Thank you for bringing all the people we love together to celebrate our love,” she wrote. “I love you all and appreciate you so much. Thank you for seeing me for all of me and loving me for it!”

She added that she will “always support” her now-fiancé, writing, “You are my everything Adam.”

The engagement comes three years after Holker’s late husband, Stephen “tWitch” Boss, died by suicide at age 40 on Dec. 14, 2022.

Boss and Holker married in 2013 after meeting on So You Think You Can Dance. They shared three children: son Maddox, 9, daughter Zaia, 5, and Holker’s daughter Weslie, 17, whom Boss adopted.

Holker and Edmunds went public with their relationship in September 2024, nearly two years after Boss’ death. In an October 2025 interview, Holker said building a “future together” was “definitely going to happen,” and credited Edmunds with helping her find herself again and supporting both her and her children.
