Angelina Jolie stunned onlookers with her radiant appearance at the 78th Cannes Film Festival, where she walked the red carpet for the premiere of Eddington. Now, insiders say the 50-year-old actress is doubling down on self-care—investing in skin treatments, a balanced diet, and wellness routines to stay at her best for the years ahead.

A Renewed Focus on Self-Care

According to a new report from InTouch Weekly, Jolie has recently undergone a series of advanced laser treatments aimed at tightening and rejuvenating her skin.

“Angelina has always been careful about sun exposure, which has helped her maintain a youthful look,” a source close to the actress told the magazine. “But over the past year, she’s made self-care a real priority. She wanted to look and feel her absolute best heading into this next chapter of life.”

The source added that Jolie’s laser treatments have had “fantastic” results, improving skin texture and firmness. While she reportedly uses Botox, the insider emphasized that Jolie prefers a light touch to avoid the overdone look.

“She’s been using Botox for years but is very conservative with it. Her goal is to look fresh, not frozen,” the source said.

Clean Eating and a Balanced Diet

In addition to her skincare routine, Jolie has also embraced a healthier diet. The actress is said to focus on meals rich in lean proteins, fruits, and vegetables—part of a more mindful approach to nutrition.

While Jolie has struggled with appetite and stress-related weight loss in the past, the source says she has recently adopted more consistent, nourishing habits.

“She looks healthier than she has in a long time,” the insider added.

What’s Next for Jolie

Jolie recently appeared in Maria, a biographical drama by director Pablo Larraín, in which she portrayed iconic opera singer Maria Callas. The film explores the final days of Callas’ life in 1977 Paris, as she looks back on her tumultuous past. The cast also included Pierfrancesco Favino, Alba Rohrwacher, Haluk Bilginer, and Kodi Smit-McPhee.

Up next, she stars in Couture, a French-language drama written and directed by Alice Winocour. Co-starring Louis Garrel, Ella Rumpf, and Garance Marillier, the film is set to debut in the Special Presentations section at the 2025 Toronto International Film Festival in September.

With a renewed focus on wellness and a busy creative slate, Angelina Jolie is entering her 50s with strength, style, and confidence.
