Unreleased tracks and concert materials belonging to Beyoncé were reportedly stolen just days before her “Cowboy Carter” tour dates in Atlanta, according to police. The theft occurred on July 8 from a rental vehicle used by her choreographer and a dancer.

The stolen items included computer drives containing watermarked unreleased music, show footage, and detailed plans for current and upcoming performances, as well as set lists, according to the incident report filed by Atlanta police.

Choreographer Christopher Grant, 37, told authorities he returned to the rental car to find the rear window shattered and multiple pieces of luggage missing. Among the stolen belongings were an Apple MacBook, headphones, and several luxury clothing items.

Police traced the MacBook and headphones to a nearby location via GPS but did not recover any of the stolen property. A warrant has been issued for a suspect, who remains unidentified and at large.

The theft came just two days before Beyoncé’s first Atlanta performance. Her “Cowboy Carter” tour, which began in April, follows her Grammy win for Album of the Year for the country-inspired project of the same name.

The album marked a bold shift into country music for the global icon and spotlighted the often-overlooked legacy of Black artists in the genre. Beyoncé concluded her four-night run in Atlanta on Monday, with the tour’s final shows scheduled for late July in Las Vegas.
