Caitlyn Jenner has shared her experience from inside a bomb shelter in Tel Aviv as missiles from Iran struck the city late Friday night, leaving her and many others trapped during the escalating regional conflict.

Jenner, 75, had traveled to Israel to attend a Pride Month parade scheduled for Friday, but the event was swiftly canceled after Iran launched retaliatory strikes following an Israeli military operation earlier in the week. With airports shut down and flights grounded, Jenner found herself stuck in the country.

Taking to social media, the former Olympic gold medalist and reality TV star confirmed she was sheltering in place for safety.

“We are back in the shelters in Tel Aviv. This looks like it is the third wave of attacks from Iran,” Jenner posted, urging followers to “Please pray” while assuring them she was “holding up okay.”

According to reports, Jenner remained in good spirits inside the shelter, even sipping wine and texting with family members as explosions rang out nearby. Asked on social media if the blasts were loud, she replied simply: “Yes.”

She later tweeted from the shelter:

“Quiet night in Tel Aviv. Pray for us all. We will prevail. I am happy to stand with Israel today, now more than ever.”

Jenner also shared a selfie with Israeli influencer Regev Gur, who posted the image with the caption:

“What were you doing during the alarms? Because I’m drinking wine with Caitlyn.”

Before the strikes, Jenner had been posting photos from her trip, visiting notable locations such as Kibbutz Be’eri, the Nova Festival site, and the Western Wall in Jerusalem. One post read:

“Yesterday in Jerusalem. My heart is with Israel now and forever. Evil shall not prevail!”—accompanied by U.S. and Israeli flag emojis.

Ahead of the trip, Jenner had expressed strong support for Israel, writing:

“I am excited to share that I will be in Israel this week. I’m visiting the resilient people of Israel as the nation continues to recover and restore its place in the Middle East. Stay tuned!”

Her visit, meant to be a “bucket list” experience, quickly turned into a crisis situation. Family members told Daily Mail that Jenner had been especially excited to attend the Tel Aviv Pride parade.

“This was supposed to be a great time,” one relative said. “She was very excited to be there for the parade.”

Missile strikes on Tel Aviv caused significant damage, destroying buildings and injuring dozens after Iran reportedly breached Israel’s Dome air defense system. Footage from the night showed rockets streaking across the skyline as air raid sirens echoed throughout the city.

Jenner has since been in contact with the American Embassy, which advised her to remain in a secured, windowless location near her hotel until the situation stabilizes.
