Abby and Brittany Hensel were seen out with a baby again.
The conjoined twins and former reality stars were spotted holding a baby in a car seat near the Minnesota school where they work on Wednesday, Aug. 27, according to photos and video obtained exclusively by The U.S. Sun.
The Minnesota natives — who are dicephalic parapagus twins, meaning they have two heads but share one body — were seen talking with another person while holding the baby carrier outside the school.

The twins, who teach fifth grade, also took the baby inside the school for about half an hour so the child could meet their co-workers, according to The Sun’s report. The person photographed with them outside was a colleague.
Neither Abby, Brittany, nor Abby’s husband, Josh Bowling, have shared the identity of the child. The sisters did not respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.
These photos come just weeks after the sisters were first spotted with a baby earlier in the month.
On Thursday, Aug. 14, the twins were photographed holding an infant while running errands, according to photos first published by TMZ. They were seen in a parking lot in Arden Hills, Minn., placing the baby in a black Tesla.

Though Abby and Bowling married in 2021, news of their wedding didn’t become public until last year. Their marriage was confirmed in March 2024 when Today obtained the records.
After their wedding, Abby became a stepmom to Bowling’s daughter from his first marriage, Isabella.
Following the public announcement, Bowling, a U.S. Army veteran and registered nurse, updated his Facebook profile photo to include both Abby and Brittany. The twins have shared glimpses of Abby’s wedding on social media, including a 2024 recap TikTok showing the couple’s first dance.
News of Abby’s wedding also renewed public interest in the lives of the Hensel sisters, who first gained attention when they appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show in 1996.
Later, the twins starred in their TLC reality series, Abby & Brittany, which started in 2012. The show followed them as they graduated with education degrees, traveled through Europe, and began their teaching careers.
