Demi Tebow, wife of Tim Tebow, is sharing small but powerful messages to help people find true worth and believe in themselves during times of struggle, stress, and pain.
Fox News Digital spoke with her about several topics, including her new 100-day devotional, Knowing Who You Are Because of Who God Is (Thomas Nelson), as well as the recent passing of Charlie Kirk. She said Kirk “stood so immensely courageously and boldly for what he believed in and what he believed was right.”
Tebow noted that many people today question their value and often look in the wrong places for validation. She wanted to address this issue directly.
Doubt can happen when people are tempted to question whether they are worthy and valuable. But the Bible contains the truth, she said.
“I’ve relied on pointing back to the truth,” she added, speaking from her own life experiences.
She shared how Jesus’ love and care helped her through seasons of waiting, frustration, and disappointment. “It pointed me back to truth every single time,” she said.

Tebow gave birth to the couple’s first child in August. Watching her baby grow has taught her new lessons about life.
“It’s so easy to rely on what other people might say about us, or what social media points us to … but [God’s] love for us will never change,” she said.
“Tim and I have prayed over Daphne’s life … that she will truly live her life according to the calling that God has for her,” she added. “I want her to know that there is a perfect plan for her life and that God had a perfect calling for her.”
Tebow said she wrote her devotional while pregnant and dedicated it to her daughter.
“Tim and I talk a lot about what she might like or be interested in. But our real prayer is that she will rule and reign—not in power, but according to the calling God has for her life,” she explained.
She emphasized that it’s easy to look for worth in other people’s opinions or on social media. “Yet [God’s] love for us will never change, and who He created us to be will never change,” she said.

As the 2017 Miss Universe winner, Tebow understands the temptation to idolize things that are not eternal. She cited 1 Corinthians 9:25: “Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever.”
“Paul tells us not to chase perishable crowns. I physically wore a crown during my pageant career, but that crown didn’t last,” she said.
Instead, Tebow believes the impact we make on other people’s lives can be eternal. “I hope this book inspires readers to focus on that,” she added.
She also spoke about the importance of reflecting on God and understanding fully who we’ve been created to be.
