Appearing on Newsmax’s “Wake Up America,” renowned attorney Alan Dershowitz—who previously represented Jeffrey Epstein—firmly denied that a so-called “Epstein client list” ever existed.
Host Marc Lotter asked, “If there were a list, you’d know about it. The FBI and DOJ say it doesn’t exist. So is there an Epstein client list?”
“Absolutely not,” Dershowitz responded. “There never has been. Jeffrey Epstein never created a client list or black book of individuals who allegedly engaged in inappropriate conduct with young women. That’s a myth.”
Dershowitz explained that while the FBI interviewed individuals during its investigation, the names of certain people were redacted by court order.
“I know who those redacted names are because I thoroughly investigated the material,” he said. “Some of them are deceased or retired, but none are current public officials or high-profile figures.”
He also emphasized that the public hasn’t been shown the full picture — especially information that could challenge the credibility of some of the accusers.
“The courts have shielded the identities of the accusers, treating them as victims, and have withheld any negative information about them,” Dershowitz noted.
His solution? Total transparency.
“I’ve always said everything should be released — all names, all allegations, and all background on the accusers. Let the public decide which accusations are credible and which are not. We already know from experience that not all claims hold up under scrutiny,” he concluded.Tools
