The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has announced a nationwide recall of more than 67,000 cases of Power Stick roll-on antiperspirant deodorants, citing violations of Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations.
According to an FDA enforcement report, A.P. Deauville, the manufacturer of Power Stick products, initiated the voluntary recall on July 10 after the agency identified cGMP deviations at its Pennsylvania production facility. These regulations are designed to ensure the safety, quality, and consistency of products manufactured under FDA oversight.
