What is Jacob LaGrone accused of?
LaGrone is facing serious criminal charges for allegedly opening fire on police officers in North Texas in March 2023 — roughly eight months before the wedding.
On March 14, 2023, three officers responded to multiple disturbance calls about a gun being fired at a home in Westworth Village, Texas, according to reports. When they arrived, LaGrone allegedly shot in their direction.
He was arrested and later indicted on three counts of aggravated assault on a public servant, a first-degree felony under Texas law that can carry a life sentence.
