Joe Giudice is making a public appeal to President Donald Trump, asking for a second chance to return to the U.S. and reunite with his daughters after nearly a decade of living in exile.

The 53-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey alum, who was born in Italy and raised in New Jersey, posted a heartfelt message on Instagram on Thursday, June 26, addressing the former president directly.

“I’m Joe Giudice. I served my time, and I’ve been deported from the U.S. for nearly a decade,” he wrote. “I was raised in Jersey, I’m a father of four amazing daughters, and I just want to be allowed to visit them again.”

Joe shares daughters Gia, Gabriella, Milania, and Audriana with ex-wife Teresa Giudice. His post included a carousel of photos showing him with his daughters throughout the years, capturing moments of joy and closeness.

“President Trump, I respect you and I’m asking for a second chance,” Joe continued, tagging both Trump and Donald Trump Jr. in the post.

Teresa showed support by commenting, “🙏❤️,” while another follower chimed in, “If he can pardon the Chrisleys, he can pardon JOE!!!! ❤️❤️,” referring to Todd and Julie Chrisley, who recently received presidential pardons from Trump.

Joe and Teresa were indicted on federal fraud charges in 2013 and served time in prison—Teresa for 11 months, and Joe for 41 months. After completing his sentence in 2019, Joe was deported to Italy and has since settled in the Bahamas.

In a January episode of Teresa’s Turning the Tables podcast, Joe shared that he had again started exploring legal options to return to the U.S.

“I got a lawyer working on something,” he said. “She’s been working on it. Hasn’t done anything yet. So I don’t know. We’ll see.”

He also revealed that his previous attempt to reenter the U.S. was quickly denied.

“I did get in front of the embassy, and they denied me because I guess I’m a big criminal,” he said. “It took not even five minutes.”

Joe remains hopeful that his connection to Trump—whom he met years ago during an appearance on The Celebrity Apprentice—might lead to a pardon now that Trump has returned to the presidency.

“When I met Trump, I mean, he was very nice to me,” Joe recalled. “I was very nice to him when we were on his show. I don’t know. I mean, I think he should get me back.”
