As the transition into fall unfolds, Kate Middleton has once again released a personal message reflecting on the change of seasons.
The Princess of Wales, 43, narrated a new video titled “Autumn” that appeared on her social media pages on Saturday, Nov. 15. It marks the third entry in her ongoing quarterly “Mother Nature” series launched earlier this year.
“With daylight fading and shadows stretching, the warmth of summer retreats into autumn. This is the season for reflection and refinement,” Kate begins, while the video opens with her walking through a forest alongside chef Gill Meller.
Captured by filmmaker Will Warr, the visuals shift through scenes of fall landscapes as she continues, “Trees shed their canopies in preparation for winter, just as we also learn to let go of what is no longer needed.”
Kate is then seen cooking outdoors with Meller and several children, interwoven with imagery of changing leaves and sweeping natural views that reinforce the message of transformation.
“Through greater awareness of our inner and outer worlds, we can discover clarity and purpose in what truly matters, simply by paying attention,” she says. “With every season’s turn, nature reminds us there is beauty in change, in impermanence, and in letting go. These are life’s natural cycles.”
She closes with a hopeful reflection: “While blossoms fall and colors fade, the roots strengthen and grow deeper. Let love be the root that grounds us, the light that guides us — with hope through change. Endure.”
The accompanying caption deepened this sentiment:
“Autumn — a season of reflection, growth and deeper connection. Embrace the beauty found in change, as we prepare for winter’s rest.”
She signed the note simply with a “C” for Catherine.
This release follows her summer edition of “Mother Nature” posted in August, and the first installment welcoming spring in May in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Week in the U.K.
The debut video included appearances from Prince William as Kate spoke about the powerful role nature played in her well-being during her cancer journey in 2024. “Over the past year, nature has been my sanctuary,” she said at the time. “Its ability to inspire, nurture, and help us heal and grow has been known for generations.”

The latest installment arrives shortly after Kate attended the annual Remembrance service at the Cenotaph in London on Nov. 9 — a meaningful return to tradition after her earlier break from public duties.
This year’s Remembrance events come as Kate and William settle with their children — Prince George, 12; Princess Charlotte, 10; and Prince Louis, 7 — into their long-term family home, Forest Lodge in Windsor, where they plan to remain even after William’s future accession to the throne.

Last year, her appearance at the Cenotaph carried particular weight, coming just weeks after she finished chemotherapy — marking a poignant milestone in her ongoing recovery.
