Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban appear to be heading in different directions following their separation.
Kidman, 58, officially filed for divorce from Urban, 57, on Tuesday, Sept. 30, ending their 19-year marriage. A source tells PEOPLE that the actress didn’t take the decision lightly.
“Their split is turning dramatic. Nicole’s hurt and feels betrayed,” the source says. “She wanted to save their marriage and believed that she could, but it seems he’s already moved on.”
The Lioness actress listed the date of filing as the official date of separation and cited irreconcilable differences, according to documents obtained by PEOPLE.
Elsewhere in the filing, Kidman and Urban agreed on a parenting plan giving Kidman 306 days per year with their daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14, while Urban will have 59 days. The estranged couple also worked out a schedule for major decisions regarding their girls. Neither parent will receive child support.
The filing also includes an agreement that neither party will speak negatively about the other or their extended family. Both will “encourage each child to continue to love the other parent and be comfortable in both families.” Additionally, both are required to attend a parenting seminar within 60 days of the divorce filing.

The parenting plan appears to have been agreed upon weeks before Kidman filed; Kidman signed on Sept. 6, and Urban signed on Aug. 29.
A source close to Urban previously told PEOPLE that the country singer has “just been going through some stuff” lately, while a source near Kidman noted that he’s “been making questionable choices for some time now,” adding that their split “was not the case of them just drifting apart.”
However, a third source said that for those familiar with Urban, “this has felt more like a gradual drift than some big shocking break.”
PEOPLE confirmed the couple’s split on Sept. 29, one day before Kidman filed for divorce. The pair was last seen together publicly at an event in Nashville in June, and Kidman marked their 19th wedding anniversary with an Instagram post on June 25.
