Four Utah siblings whose mother is accused of kidnapping them are reportedly on their way back to the U.S. after they were found at an orphanage in Croatia.

Landon Seymour, 11, Levi Parker Seymour, 8, Hazel Raye Seymour, 7, and 3-year-old Jacob Kurt Brady vanished after spending Thanksgiving with their mother, Elleshia Anne Seymour, in West Jordan, Utah.

Authorities later issued an arrest warrant for Elleshia on allegations of custodial interference and removing a child from the state.

Kendall Seymour — the father of three of the children — created a GoFundMe on Dec. 8, 2025, alleging Elleshia had left the country with the four kids.

In an update posted Jan. 25, 2026, Kendall said he located the children at an orphanage in Dubrovnik, Croatia. He later wrote that the children were released into his custody, according to another update shared Thursday, Jan. 29.

In a subsequent fundraiser post on Sunday, Feb. 1, Kendall added: “We’re on the way home!”

As of Tuesday, Feb. 3, it was not immediately clear whether the family had already returned to the United States.

Elleshia has been arrested in Dubrovnik on criminal allegations involving violation of the rights of a child, several local outlets reported, citing Croatian authorities.

Croatia’s Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs previously confirmed that a U.S. national had been arrested, without identifying the person. Officials also said four U.S. children were in their custody, without releasing their names.

The ministry said it was following strict protocols while coordinating the children’s transfer to Kendall, who had been advised on the documentation required to retrieve them.

Elleshia had been seen boarding a flight with the four children at Salt Lake City International Airport on Nov. 29, 2025, according to surveillance video. She was also seen with heavy luggage.

Utah authorities have not publicly stated a motive in the case. In his initial GoFundMe post, Kendall alleged Elleshia left behind a “to-do list” that included instructions such as: “shred paperwork, destroy identifying photos, throw away phone, purchase pre-paid phone,” among other items.

A former boyfriend previously told KSL Utah that Elleshia feared the “end of times” and was concerned about “biblical events.”

“It didn’t really come up in our marriage or after our divorce,” Kendall later told the outlet. “I didn’t really know anything about her end-of-times beliefs until after this all happened.”
