Los Angeles police pursued a suspected stolen blue Infiniti at speeds exceeding 100 mph on Friday night.

The chase began shortly after 10 PM when LAPD officers tried to pull over the vehicle on the 110 Freeway. Rather than stop, the driver sped away, leading police on a high-speed pursuit across multiple freeways, including the 10, 110, and 105, before continuing onto city streets.

The California Highway Patrol eventually took over the pursuit. Despite the extreme speeds, officials reported no crashes or injuries during the chase.

By around 10:45 PM, authorities called off the pursuit. The driver later struck a utility pole at the intersection of S. Alameda Street and Newton Street in Downtown Los Angeles and fled the scene. Police are still searching for the suspect.
