Milwaukee police have arrested three men in connection with the kidnapping of 7-year-old Jamal White, who was taken at gunpoint on Friday and found safe nearly 24 hours later.
What We Know About the Arrests
According to police, a 25-year-old man was arrested at the residence where Jamal was discovered Saturday evening. Two 27-year-old men were taken into custody at the location where the child was abducted.
The 25-year-old is currently being held for a probation violation. One of the 27-year-olds faces a tentative charge of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, while the other was booked for resisting and obstructing. Authorities have not confirmed whether these charges are directly tied to the kidnapping.

Jamal White was abducted around 5:45 p.m. on July 11 from outside his home in the 6200 block of West Hustis Street, on Milwaukee’s northwest side. A masked man reportedly forced him into a white Jeep Renegade and drove off.
He was found the following evening, July 12, in a home on North 39th Street — roughly six and a half miles from where he was taken.
