Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Kid Rock have joined forces to promote the Trump administration’s “Make America Healthy Again” initiative.
On Tuesday, Feb. 17, Kennedy — the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services secretary — appeared in a workout video with the “All Summer Long” singer encouraging Americans to get moving and make different food choices.
“I’ve teamed up with @KidRock to deliver two simple messages to the American people: GET ACTIVE + EAT REAL FOOD,” Kennedy wrote alongside a 90-second clip titled “Secretary Kennedy and Kid Rock’s Rock Out Workout.”
The video opens with the two posing shirtless, then cuts to quick scenes of them eating, holding an American flag and riding in a vintage car. It continues with shots of the pair exercising at a gym, including sit-ups and arm and leg curls. They also ride a stationary bike and do push-ups in a sauna. In one moment, the musician gestures toward the camera.
Kennedy later appears doing a cold plunge while still wearing jeans before the two play pickleball. The video ends with them sitting in a hot tub and clinking glasses of milk as the words “Whole Milk” appear on screen, followed by the closing message: “Make America Healthy Again.”
The partnership follows Kennedy’s recent rollout of new dietary guidance that reverses several past recommendations. During a press briefing last month, he presented what he described as an “upside down” food pyramid that emphasizes foods such as steak, whole milk, cheese and vegetables.

“My message is clear: Eat real food,” he said at the time.
Kid Rock has publicly supported Kennedy and the Trump administration in the past. He recently headlined Turning Point USA’s All-American Halftime Show, an event positioned as an alternative to the 2026 Apple Music Super Bowl LX halftime performance.
The alternative event drew attention amid controversy over reports that Puerto Rican reggaeton artist Bad Bunny would perform during the Super Bowl halftime show, which prompted backlash from some conservatives, including President Donald Trump.
