Savannah Guthrie has shared a fresh video message directed at the people who abducted her mother, Nancy Guthrie.

In a video posted to Instagram on Saturday, Feb. 7, Savannah sat on a couch holding hands with her siblings, Annie and Camron Guthrie, as she delivered a direct appeal.

“We received your message and we understand,” Savannah said. “We beg you now to return our mother to us so that we can celebrate with her. This is the only way we will have peace. This is very valuable to us, and we will pay.”

Nancy, 84, was abducted from her longtime home in Tucson, Ariz., in the middle of the night on Saturday, Jan. 31, authorities said.

Investigators have been working to verify the authenticity of an alleged ransom note sent to the media. FBI Phoenix Special Agent in Charge Heith Janke said the note included a deadline of 5 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 5.

“If a transfer wasn’t made, the second demand was for next Monday,” he said at a press conference that same day. “I’m not going to go beyond that.”

On Friday, Feb. 6, the FBI acknowledged another message that could be connected to Nancy’s disappearance.

“The FBI and Pima County Sheriff’s Department are aware of a new message regarding Nancy Guthrie,” the Pima County Sheriff’s Department said in a statement. “Investigators are actively inspecting the information provided in the message for its authenticity.”

Authorities also reiterated their request for tips, urging anyone with information to contact the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI. The agency is offering a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to Nancy’s recovery and/or the arrest and conviction of anyone involved in her disappearance.

Nancy’s family initially reported her missing on Sunday, Feb. 1, after she failed to show up for church.

Soon after, law enforcement launched a large-scale search and investigation, saying they believe the grandmother was taken against her will, Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos said at a press conference on Tuesday, Feb. 3.

Earlier in the week, on Wednesday, Feb. 4, Savannah and her siblings released another emotional video appeal on Instagram, asking for their mother’s safe return.

“We need to know without a doubt that she is alive and that you have her,” Savannah said in the video, which was captioned, “Bring her home.”

Nancy was last seen on Jan. 31 when her family dropped her off at her house around 9:30 p.m., Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos told The New York Times.

Authorities also said a trail that appeared to be blood was found on the front steps of Nancy’s home and later confirmed to be hers. Investigators noted that remnants of a Ring camera had been removed from the area near the front door.

On Feb. 4, Nanos said authorities believe Nancy is still alive.

Savannah has remained in Arizona with her family as they wait for answers about what happened to Nancy and whether she can be brought home safely.
