Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce stepped out together for the first time as an engaged couple — and Swift is clearly embracing the start of her bridal era.
On Thursday, Aug. 28, the pop superstar joined her fiancé at the college football clash between the Cincinnati Bearcats and the Nebraska Cornhuskers at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Mo. Kelce, 35, once played for the Bearcats during his college years at the University of Cincinnati.
Swift, 35, radiated happiness in a white sweater vest paired with a light-wash pleated denim mini skirt and knee-high off-white boots. Kelce sported a red and white polo shirt topped with a distinctive Bearcats cap. Kansas City Chiefs teammate Patrick Mahomes and Kelce’s brother, Jason Kelce, were also in attendance with the couple.
Swift and Kelce confirmed their engagement in a joint Instagram post on Tuesday, Aug. 26, sharing several snapshots from the floral-filled garden proposal.
“Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married 🧨,” the “Cruel Summer” singer captioned the post.

The engagement ring — an old mine brilliant cut — was designed by Kelce in collaboration with Kindred Lubeck of Artifex Fine Jewelry. In the first image of the carousel, Kelce is seen proposing on bended knee as Swift tenderly rests a hand on his face. Other photos capture the couple embracing and sitting on a bench under a pink-and-white floral trellis.
Swift also made her New Heights podcast debut earlier this month, revealing not only her upcoming 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl, with the help of Kelce and his brother Jason, but also details about her relationship with Kelce, including hints that they live together.
“I knew that he wasn’t crazy the first couple of times that we talked,” she shared. “I was just like, he’s truly getting to know me in a way that’s very natural, very pure, very normal.”
She added that Kelce can make her “laugh so immediately, about normal things,” calling him a “vibe booster in everyone’s life that he’s in.”
