Brandi Glanville says she’s “thrilled” to finally have an official diagnosis behind the facial disfigurement she’s been struggling with for the past two years.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum received the news on Thursday, according to TMZ, and shared that finally having clarity has been a huge emotional relief.

“I have a long road ahead of me to get fully better, but I finally have an answer, so I’m just thrilled,” the 53-year-old said.

Glanville is choosing not to publicly reveal the diagnosis just yet, explaining that she plans to share more details “soon.”

Reflecting on how difficult the journey has been, she admitted that the changes to her face and the uncertainty around what was causing them took a serious toll on her mental health and social life.

“It’s been hell. I’ve turned into an introvert. Leaving my house, I get the worst anxiety because I’ve been in my house for two years,” she said.

The update comes after Glanville recently spoke about slowly reclaiming her day-to-day life.

“It’s been a slow process, but I’m finally getting back to my normal routine and feeling like myself again,” she told Us Weekly last week.

Having recently moved into a new home, she said what she’s looking forward to most is a sense of calm. “I’m enjoying keeping things simple, spending more time at home and really taking care of myself,” she shared.

Glanville first began experiencing issues with her face in 2023, when she noticed significant swelling and changes to her appearance. Since then, she’s been open about her search for answers, documenting visits to multiple doctors and hospitals and exploring different treatment options. That included consulting well-known “Botched” plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow as part of her effort to understand what was happening.

At various points, she speculated about possible causes. She previously suggested that stress tied to legal drama with Bravo might have contributed to the problem, and later wondered if a parasite could be to blame.

The long, unresolved health battle hasn’t only affected her emotionally and physically — it’s also hit her finances hard. In August, Glanville candidly described the financial strain of ongoing medical care, saying she felt like “such a loser” as costs piled up.

“I’m paying the minimum on my credit cards. I’ve exhausted my savings,” she told Us Weekly at the time.

Now, though she acknowledges there’s still a recovery journey ahead, finally knowing what she’s dealing with has given her a renewed sense of hope and a path forward.
