After months of speculation — and even frustration — from fans wondering why the much-anticipated UFO documentary The Age Of Disclosure hadn’t yet arrived, producers have finally revealed its commercial release date.

The film features dozens of notable voices from the U.S. government, military, and intelligence communities as it aims to corroborate what it describes as an 80-year global coverup of non-human intelligent life.

Following its debut at the SXSW Film Festival — where it drew huge crowds and propelled its trailer to over 20 million views — The Age of Disclosure will hit theaters on November 21 in New York City, Los Angeles, and Washington, D.C. That same day, it will also begin streaming worldwide on Prime Video, where it’s currently available for pre-order.

The film marks the directorial debut of Dan Farah, who spent nearly three years working on the project in secret. His efforts eventually earned him unprecedented access — and bipartisan support — from some of the highest levels of the U.S. government.

“Like countless people around the world, I’ve always been fascinated by whether humanity is the only intelligent life in the universe — and if the government knows the answer but has kept it from the public,” Farah said in an exclusive statement. “I had to make this film in secrecy and faced numerous hurdles because there are people who would prefer it not exist. I couldn’t be prouder for the world to finally see it.”

Among those interviewed in the documentary are retired Air Force Lt. Gen. James Clapper, former director of national intelligence; Secretary of State Marco Rubio; Adm. Tim Gallaudet, former Navy chief oceanographer; and Lue Elizondo, a former Department of Defense official who served in the Government’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program.

Their firsthand accounts — including those from Jay Stratton, former director of the government’s unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) task force — are both intriguing and unsettling. “I have seen with my own eyes non-human craft and non-human beings,” Stratton claims in the film.

Rubio admits that the subject of UFOs (also known as UAPs) “keeps me up at night.” In several striking moments, he discusses how gravely important the issue is — and the risks of continued government reluctance to take it seriously.

“I ask people to consider why any of these extremely high-level figures — like our Secretary of State — would participate in this film and risk scrutiny,” Farah said earlier this year. “They’re doing it because they feel an obligation to bring the truth to light as much as they legally can.”

The documentary arrives at a time of unprecedented public attention on UAPs, following bipartisan congressional hearings and the proposed UAP Disclosure Act, which seeks to compel the government to release everything it knows on the topic.

“The U.S. government has gathered a great deal of information about UAPs over many decades but has refused to share it with the American people,” said Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, who has worked with Sens. Mike Rounds and Kirsten Gillibrand on the initiative. “The American public has a right to learn about technologies of unknown origins, non-human intelligence, and unexplainable phenomena.”

According to Farah — who also produced Steven Spielberg’s 2018 sci-fi adventure Ready Player OneThe Age of Disclosure reflects a major shift in how Americans perceive the UFO conversation, once dismissed as a fringe topic.

“We spoke with dozens of high-ranking, credible officials who warned that these unknown threats could fundamentally change our way of life,” Farah said. “Things could get really bad, really fast. Learning that left me rattled.”
