Authorities also arrested Blake’s 15-year-old son for his alleged role in moving Stuart’s remains. The teenager faces charges of abuse of a corpse and tampering with physical evidence. His name has not been released due to his age.
Investigators believe Blake killed Stuart on Aug. 15 at their shared home in Oregon City. Her body was discovered more than two weeks later, on Sept. 1, in Mount Hood National Forest in Clackamas County.
In an update shared on Saturday, Oct. 25, the CCSO confirmed that investigators had also spoken to Blake’s 17-year-old son regarding the alleged crime.

“She was a good girl, but she’s in a better place, I guess,” Stuart’s friend Mike Chaney told local Fox affiliate KPTV. “When I found out, it hit me in my stomach — it hurt. Why do we have to lose the good ones when there are so many bad people out there?”
