Break-In at Los Feliz Home

The LAPD confirmed responding to a burglary late Wednesday night at a residence on North Edgemont Street in LA’s Los Feliz neighborhood. Officer Drake Madison told the Associated Press that the homeowner’s identity could not be immediately confirmed during the initial response.

According to public records, Pitt purchased the property in April 2023 for $5.5 million.

What Happened During the Break-In?

Sources told NBC News that three individuals reportedly climbed over the front fence and entered the home through a window. Once inside, they ransacked the property. Officials said the suspects made off with an unknown amount of miscellaneous items. The exact value and nature of the stolen property have not been disclosed.

Part of a Larger Trend

The incident is the latest in a string of burglaries targeting celebrity homes and affluent neighborhoods in Los Angeles. In recent months, homes belonging to actress Nicole Kidman and her husband, musician Keith Urban, have also been hit by burglars.

Brad Pitt’s new movie F1 is set to release on Friday, June 27.
