Breitbart Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow declared Wednesday that President Joe Biden’s use of an autopen to issue presidential pardons was “illegitimate” and that such pardons should be “nullified.”

Speaking on Newsmax TV’s Finnerty, host Rob Finnerty listed several individuals reportedly pardoned using the autopen, including Dr. Anthony Fauci, Gen. Mark Milley, Biden himself, his sister Valerie, sister-in-law Sarah, and lawmakers like Liz Cheney, Adam Schiff, and Adam Kinzinger. He noted that the only pardon Biden personally signed was for his son, Hunter Biden.

Asked what might happen next, Marlow said, “The biggest giveaway is that he personally signed Hunter’s pardon. That tells you he knew that one had to be airtight — too risky to leave to an autopen. That alone suggests the others are invalid.”

Marlow continued, “This is unprecedented and will likely have to be tested in court. But there’s no doubt in my mind — these autopen pardons should be thrown out. They’re not legitimate, and the people who received them should still be held accountable under the law.”
