Meghan Markle is giving followers a warm glimpse into her California home — and sparking curiosity about what’s to come from her brand.
On Friday, Sept. 26, the Duchess of Sussex, 43, shared an Instagram story showing her rescue beagle, Mia, dozing in an armchair draped with a Hermès throw. Beside the pup sat a fresh bouquet of flowers.
“Delphinium, Nigella, Veronica — meet As ever,” Meghan captioned the post, naming the blooms. “With garden roses and Queen Anne’s lace (and a very sleepy Mia). Looking lovely, ladies.”
The floral arrangement carried extra significance. The white planter holding the bouquet was emblazoned with the logo of her lifestyle brand, As ever.
While sources say there’s no official launch of a home line on the horizon — the vase was created as part of her With Love, Meghan Netflix series — Meghan has suggested before that her brand could expand beyond food and beverages into home goods and fashion. Friday’s glimpse may have been a playful signal of what’s ahead.

So far, As ever has introduced seasonal products such as fruit spreads, honey, flower sprinkles, cookie mixes, teas, and wine — all personally curated by Meghan. In April, she spoke about her creative vision in an interview with Inc, reflecting on her first sold-out collection.
“I hope that people see that reflected in whatever it is that I’m creating and putting out there,” she said. “It’s just an extension of me.”
Earlier this week, Meghan also revealed the inspiration behind the As ever logo: a palm tree flanked by two hummingbirds. On Sept. 24, the brand’s Instagram page posted a photo of Meghan with her dogs, Mia and black lab Pula, gazing out over the family’s Montecito backyard.
“Crisp air, blue skies, and the sweetest moments 🍃,” the caption read.
The image highlighted two palm trees growing from the same base, a symbol deeply meaningful to Meghan and Prince Harry. In a 2022 conversation with The Cut, Meghan recalled Harry’s reaction when they first toured their home:
“One of the first things my husband saw when we walked around the house was those two palm trees,” she said. “See how they’re connected at the bottom? He goes, ‘My love, it’s us.’ “
Now, their son Archie, 6, joins in the symbolism. “Every day when Archie goes by us, he says, ‘Hi, Momma. Hi, Papa,’” Meghan shared.
The hummingbirds in the logo hold significance for Harry as well. In his 2023 memoir Spare, the Duke of Sussex wrote about a hummingbird appearing inside their home after the death of Queen Elizabeth. In some cultures, the bird represents spirits, and Harry described watching it fly around the kitchen and over the playpen they called “Lili Land,” set up for their daughter Princess Lilibet, now 4.
“I thought hopefully, greedily, foolishly: Is our house a detour — or a destination?” Harry reflected.
