Selena Gomez Marries Benny Blanco, Shares Photos of Their Dreamy Wedding

After two years together, singer and actress Selena Gomez and music producer Benny Blanco are officially married. The couple, 33 and 37 respectively, exchanged vows in California on Saturday, Sept. 27.

Gomez shared the joyful news on Instagram with a series of photos and clips from the ceremony, captioned simply: “🤍 9.27.25 🤍.”

The snapshots capture the newlyweds holding hands, embracing, and savoring their special day. One image features Gomez’s elegant bouquet of white flowers, while another highlights her stunning wedding bands. In a tender moment, Gomez sits on the ground as Blanco rests his head on her lap, and in another, she straightens his bowtie before planting a kiss.

For their wedding, both Gomez and Blanco wore Ralph Lauren. Gomez’s gown boasted a halter-style bodice with floral detailing and a dramatic open back, while Blanco looked dashing in a classic black tuxedo and bowtie.

Prior to the big day, Gomez celebrated her bachelorette party in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, while Blanco marked his bachelor party in Las Vegas. Gomez and her friends were seen dancing and enjoying the sun aboard a luxury yacht on Aug. 23. Blanco shared glimpses of his own festivities, including spa time and caviar dining, with a source telling PEOPLE that he also visited a nightclub.

Gomez offered fans a peek into her bachelorette trip days later, posting photos of her bridal attire, including a veil embroidered with “bride to be,” as well as a shot in front of a balloon banner spelling out “Mrs Levin” (Blanco’s birth name is Benjamin Joseph Levin).

Several celebrities had previously hinted at their involvement in the wedding. After the engagement announcement via Instagram on Dec. 11, 2024, Taylor Swift commented, “Yes I will be the flower girl.” Later, Ed Sheeran revealed in Vanity Fair’s “Lie Detector Test” series that he had secured an invite. In early September, Gomez mentioned on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon that her Only Murders in the Building co-star Martin Short would be the “ring bearer,” with Short and Steve Martin teasing to Extra that they had “the perfect wedding gift.”

Gomez’s former Wizards of Waverly Place co-star David Henrie confirmed to Parade Magazine in August that he would “100%” attend, noting to PEOPLE that he and his wife, Maria Cahill, discussed wedding plans with the couple. Nicky Hilton also revealed to Access Hollywood that her sister, Paris Hilton, was among the guests.

The couple, who released their collaborative album I Said I Love You First… And You Said It Back in March, previously shared glimpses of their wedding plans. On the Today show in March, they described wanting a “pretty casual” celebration, with Blanco joking that one essential was “Pickles.” Later, on the Table Manners with Jessie and Lennie Ware podcast, Blanco revealed they hadn’t planned much beyond including the Jewish dish challah, made by renowned cook Jake Cohen.

Gomez expressed a desire to skip a traditional first dance but was open to a “special dance” with her maternal grandfather, wanting him to share in wedding moments missed during her mother’s Las Vegas wedding. She also shared her ideal wedding dessert with Rare Beauty: “My Nana’s biscuits and gravy.”

The couple announced their engagement in December 2024, sharing photos of a picnic proposal complete with Taco Bell and a sparkling marquise diamond engagement ring. Gomez captioned one post, “forever begins now..,” with Blanco commenting, “hey wait … that’s my wife.”

Gomez and Blanco began dating in June 2023 after collaborating on the 2019 single “I Can’t Get Enough,” publicly confirming their relationship in December 2023. Gomez called Blanco “my absolute everything in my heart,” while continuing to post affectionate messages and selfies on Instagram. Blanco made the relationship Instagram-official on Jan. 2, 2024, sharing joyful snaps of the couple.

Throughout their relationship, they’ve been seen together at multiple date nights and high-profile events, including the 2024 Golden Globes and the 75th Primetime Emmy Awards. Leading up to the wedding, Gomez shared her excitement on Therapuss with Jake Shane, saying, “I couldn’t be more excited… I just have never really felt so sure about something.”

Both Gomez and Blanco have been open about their deep admiration for each other. Gomez told New Music Daily in February 2024 that he makes her feel safe and supported, while Blanco shared on The Howard Stern Show that she is his best friend. He also expressed a desire to have children in an InStyle interview, with Gomez affirming on the Jay Shetty Podcast that she looks forward to that day.
