An Oklahoma man is facing federal charges after authorities say he used social media to threaten a long list of public officials and political figures — including President Donald Trump, FBI Director Kash Patel, Attorney General Pam Bondi, and former presidents George W. Bush, Barack Obama, and Joe Biden.

According to a federal complaint, Jacob Hudson, of Muskogee, posted multiple violent threats on Facebook and Instagram, repeatedly invoking the “Epstein list” as a justification for “calling people out.” In one post cited by prosecutors, Hudson allegedly wrote: “They are all finna lose their heads… I promise.”

Hudson, who lives with his parents, was indicted last week after an FBI investigation, prosecutors allege, uncovered the scope of the threats and his escalating rhetoric online. The complaint describes a pattern of posts targeting specific officials by name — sometimes tagging them directly — while promising “public executions.”

In November 2025, prosecutors say Hudson tagged Patel and Patel’s wife, Alexis Wilkins, on Instagram and allegedly wrote: “You’re both gonna be publicly executed for hurting kids.”

In another post from October 2025, he allegedly tagged Patel, Trump, and Bondi and wrote: “I will literally slap the f—in taste outta your mouth if you keep bulls—in with the #releasetheepsteinfiles. F— you and @realdonaldtrump and @agpambondi and all the other pedos.”

The complaint also cites another message in which Hudson allegedly dared law enforcement to confront him, writing: “F— around and find out. Come get me h—. Try me,” followed by: “You’re all gonna be publicly executed … I promise you that.”

Prosecutors say Hudson didn’t stop at current officials. The complaint alleges he also threatened former presidents, writing to Bush, Obama, and Biden: “You’re all getting it too! All Public executions!” He allegedly added: “You really do fail to realize who the f— I am.”

Investigators interviewed Hudson’s brother, who told them Hudson has “very strong political beliefs” and that those beliefs have previously fueled conflict within the family, including fights, according to prosecutors.

Court documents referenced in the filing also point to a separate September 2025 arrest in Muskogee, when Hudson allegedly tried to break into a neighbor’s home while “screaming death threats.” An order seeking his detention claims: “The defendant was screaming about wanting to kill President Trump.”

After being taken into custody, prosecutors say Hudson referred to himself as “batman.” Authorities allege he admitted making the posts and claimed in interviews that “all he cares about is protecting children,” while continuing to reference the Epstein-related allegations.

Hudson now faces federal counts including threats to impede, intimidate, interfere, and retaliate against a federal law enforcement officer, as well as interstate communications containing a threat to injure another person. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday.
