A puppy was tragically killed by three dogs at a park, leaving his owner heartbroken.
The woman was walking her 5-month-old dog, Wuwu, in Sydney, Australia, when three other dogs attacked him around 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 18, according to 7 News Australia.
The owner, who has not shared her name, said she saw a middle-aged man with three dogs at the park. Two dachshunds ran over and attacked Wuwu first, followed by a Pitbull.
“Wuwu was bitten on his neck and bleeding a lot, and I had to hold him, screaming, but that owner didn’t even try to take back his dogs,” she told 7 News Australia.
Photos obtained by the outlet show the woman covered in blood, both hers and her dog’s, after she was also bitten during the attack.
After the attack, Wuwu’s owner rushed him to a vet. She was told he would need a blood transfusion at another clinic, but he didn’t make it in time and died from severe blood loss, according to 7 News Australia.

“I’m so upset … he was turning six months old tomorrow,” the woman said.
She said she asked the man with the three dogs for his information at the time of the attack, but he refused. She did manage to take a photo of his car, 7 News Australia reported.
On a local community page, Wuwu’s owner is now asking for help to find the dogs’ owner.

“If your dogs have attacked that many people, you should have put muzzles on them,” she wrote, according to 7 News Australia. “I’m asking for the community’s help to find this person and to remind everyone to please stay safe at the park.”
The New South Wales Police are investigating the incident.
