An Ohio man shot and killed two children and an adult in Tiffin before taking his own life, according to police.
Officers with the Tiffin Police Department were sent to the 100 block of Huss St. shortly before 6:30 p.m. on November 19 after reports of shots fired and screaming. When they arrived, they found four people with gunshot wounds. Police also located an adult woman who was not physically injured but was “clearly in a state of shock, overwhelmed and visibly traumatized.”
Investigators say the violence unfolded while the mother of two children was trying to remove her belongings from the home amid ongoing domestic problems. Police said Dustin Willey, 29, the father of her 7-year-old son, was there to help her move.
Authorities believed the woman’s husband, Ryan Eagon, 42, was out of town for work. The woman and Willey were inside gathering items, while her oldest child and her 7-month-old baby were outside near a vehicle. After hearing her older son cry out, the adults went outside and saw Eagon in the driveway, police said.

Eagon allegedly chased Willey and fired multiple shots at him, then shot both children. Police say he continued firing at Willey before fatally shooting himself.
The mother told investigators she carried her injured children back into the home before officers arrived. Willey was taken to Tiffin Mercy Hospital, where he later died. The 7-year-old boy also died at the hospital. The infant and Eagon were pronounced dead at the scene. Police said Eagon was the father of the 7-month-old baby, WTVG reported.

The case remains under investigation with help from the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the Seneca County Coroner’s Office. Autopsies were pending as of Friday, November 21.
Willey’s former boss, Kelly Gallagher, told WTVG he was a devoted father. “He would do anything for that boy,” she said, adding that Willey was deeply involved in his son’s life.
