Andy Dick has reportedly experienced an apparent overdose on the streets of Los Angeles but says he is alive and okay.
The 59-year-old comedian was seen slumped over a set of stairs outside a building in Hollywood as friends tried to assist him, according to photos and video obtained by TMZ on Tuesday, Dec. 9.
The Los Angeles Fire Department responded after receiving a call about a possible overdose involving a 59-year-old man. A department representative told TMZ that the man was evaluated at the scene and was not transported to a hospital. The Los Angeles Police Department also arrived to provide assistance, though neither agency confirmed the man’s identity to the outlet.

In 2017, he was fired from a film following allegations of sexual harassment. Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter at the time, he denied intending to harass anyone, saying that while he might have kissed someone on the cheek or licked them as part of his behavior, he did not believe his actions constituted harassment.
