President Donald Trump has not publicly commented on Kid Rock’s pro-MAGA “All-American” alternative halftime show, even as organizers say they plan to stage another one next year.

The performance—put on by conservative nonprofit Turning Point USA as a counterprogram to Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime show—drew attention online, with Kid Rock and several country artists reaching up to 6.1 million concurrent viewers on a livestream during the same window as the official broadcast.

Early estimates suggested more than 100 million people watched Bad Bunny, 31, make history as the first Super Bowl headliner to perform entirely in Spanish. His set leaned heavily into Latin American heritage, featuring Puerto Rican imagery, flags from across the Americas, and surprise appearances from artists including Lady Gaga and Ricky Martin. As the performance ended, a message appeared on stadium scoreboards: “The only thing more powerful than hate is love.”

Turning Point USA’s show ran about 35 minutes—roughly double the length of the NFL’s televised set—and was recorded on a stage in Atlanta. A spokesperson, Andrew Kolvet, told Fox News on Monday, February 9, that the group is already planning another MAGA-themed halftime event for 2027.

While Trump criticized Bad Bunny’s performance on Truth Social—calling it “one of the worst, EVER!”—footage from a Mar-a-Lago watch party appeared to show the official halftime show playing on a large screen, not the Turning Point USA concert.

Kid Rock, meanwhile, celebrated the attention the alternative show received. On Monday night, the 55-year-old pointed to a post-performance bump on iTunes, noting that a song featured at the Turning Point event hit No. 1 on the platform, ahead of the nearest Bad Bunny track.
