Este Haim is officially married.
The eldest Haim sister, 39, tied the knot with tech entrepreneur Jonathan Levin on New Year’s Eve.
Ahead of the celebration, Vogue followed Este and her sisters, Danielle and Alana, to the Louis Vuitton atelier in Paris for fittings for the ceremony, reception, and after-party, as well as for her sisters’ bridesmaid looks.
“I’ve been looking forward to this day since I was five,” Este told Vogue. “I had this vision of me coming down a spiral staircase … in this giant ballroom gown, and then my fiancé—my husband—would be at the bottom and grab my hand.”
While details of the ceremony were kept largely private, Este’s wedding look fulfilled that long-held dream. According to Vogue, the gown featured a lace-detailed jacket with a high neck and puff sleeves, buttoned over a sharp sweetheart-neckline dress with dramatic panniers. Her sisters served as her “something blue,” wearing long spaghetti-strap dresses with gathered detailing at the hips.

“I feel like the exact way that I wanted to be on my wedding day,” Este said, praising Louis Vuitton designer Nicolas Ghesquière for fully understanding her vision.
Despite the excitement over the fashion, Este emphasized that the heart of the day was about togetherness. “I’m looking forward to seeing my entire family together, for the first time in a long time, and partying with my friends, and finally being married,” she told Vogue. “The most important thing is that I’m getting married and that I met the right person.”
Este and Levin have kept much of their relationship private. She shared with GQ in June 2025 that they met a couple of years earlier after she went on a blind date with “a friend of a friend of a friend.” Their first outing included a visit to Pioneer Works in Brooklyn. “It’s like an art gallery that has a good beer selection and a good wine selection,” she said. “And it was great.”
The couple announced their engagement just ahead of Valentine’s Day. On Feb. 13, Este posted a photo smiling broadly while showing off her engagement ring—a gold, square-cut diamond—paired with a light blue, bedazzled tee that read, “I’M TAKEN.” She followed it with a Valentine’s Day post featuring a screenshot from a video call, writing, “Happy valentine’s day, i love you j.”

Public appearances together have been rare, though Levin has been photographed alongside Este at several events, including Kansas City Chiefs games, the U.S. Open, and a birthday celebration for Taylor Swift. Reflecting on the tennis tournament, Este once said, “We had an amazing time at the U.S. Open … yeah I would do that like a jillion times over again. That was so much fun.”

Like her sisters Danielle, 36, and Alana, 34, Este has largely kept her personal life out of the spotlight. In a 2023 interview with The Cut, she reflected on personal growth and independence. “I don’t think I truly understood self-love until the last three or four years,” she said. “There’s an air of confidence that comes from just loving yourself—the good and the bad.”
