First lady Melania Trump will take the stage this week as she is honored with the Patriot of the Year award at the Fox Nation Patriot Awards.
The event will stream live on the Fox Nation app at 8 p.m. on Thursday, November 6, with Fox News’ Sean Hannity serving as host. The annual ceremony highlights everyday Americans and patriots who demonstrate deep commitment to the country’s core values.
Over the past year, Melania Trump has remained active in public life. In March, she participated in a Capitol Hill roundtable focused on the Take It Down Act, a bipartisan bill aimed at combatting the spread of non-consensual intimate images online. The legislation ultimately received broad support and was signed into law on May 20.
In April, she delivered remarks at the International Women of Courage awards, recognizing the accomplishments of women across the globe. Among those honored was Israeli lawyer Amit Soussana, who survived 55 days in Hamas captivity following the October 7 attacks.
Last year’s Patriot Awards recognized President Donald Trump, whose acceptance speech came after a remarkable year marked by an assassination attempt and criminal convictions before securing his election win. During his remarks, he said, “We’re going to do something that I’ve been talking about for eight years. We’re going to do it again. We have to do it again. We’re going to be very proud of our country again.”
The 2024 ceremony will feature a prominent lineup. Country music star Jason Aldean is scheduled to perform “Try That in a Small Town” and “How Far Does a Goodbye Go.” He and his wife Brittany will present the inaugural Charlie Kirk Legacy Award to Turning Point USA CEO Erika Kirk. The honor comes nearly two months after her husband Charlie Kirk was fatally shot during a speaking event at Utah Valley University.
Other Fox News personalities will present additional awards, including the Young Patriot Award, the Benjamin Hall “Honor” Award, the Tunnel to Towers Stephen Siller Courage Award, the Salute to Service Award, the Most Valuable Patriot Award, the Heroism Award, and the Patriot of the Year Award.
