Elvis Presley may have a secret great-grandchild, according to new claims contained in a legal filing obtained by the National Enquirer.

The allegations appear in an amended complaint filed by Priscilla Presley’s former business associates, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, as part of their $50 million breach of contract lawsuit against her son, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia. The amended complaint was filed on Tuesday, December 16.

The document alleges that Lisa Marie Presley donated her eggs so that John Travolta, 71, and Kelly Preston could “get pregnant.” It also claims that Lisa Marie’s daughter, Riley Keough, is the biological mother of the Travoltas’ son Ben, 15. The filing does not clearly state that Lisa Marie’s eggs ultimately resulted in a child.

The complaint also describes events it says unfolded shortly after Lisa Marie’s death at age 54 in 2023, claiming that “the entire Presley family clamored for control of the estate and for pay-outs,” and that Kruse and Fialko were used as negotiators and mediators. The filing names Lisa Marie’s ex-husband Michael Lockwood—father to her 17-year-old twins Harper and Finley—as one of the people involved.

According to the complaint, Lockwood allegedly told Kruse that Preston had been unable to bear her own children, and that Travolta and Preston had previously used Lisa Marie’s eggs to attempt pregnancy.

The document further claims the Travoltas approached the Presleys again in 2010, a year after the death of their son Jett, who died from a seizure at 16.

“Lockwood claimed that Travolta needed to help salvage his career amid claims of sexual assault against other men, which threatened his career as a leading man,” the complaint states.

The filing alleges that Travolta later decided against using Lisa Marie’s eggs because he did not want “eggs with heroin” on them—an apparent reference to her opioid addiction. Instead, it claims a different arrangement was made: that Riley Keough gave her eggs so that Preston could give birth to Ben Travolta in November 2010. Preston died in 2020 at age 57 after what the article describes as a long battle with breast cancer.

The complaint also alleges that, in exchange, Keough “was given an old Jaguar and paid between $10,000 – $20,000.”

In addition, the filing claims the alleged arrangement required a “sign off” from the Church of Scientology, and says the process was “heavily involved” with Priscilla’s oversight.

The amended complaint further alleges that Lockwood wanted Kruse and Fialko to use these claims as leverage “to orchestrate a settlement for him and his daughters.”

It also claims that when Garcia learned about the situation, he “threw a tantrum,” insisting the parties keep Keough’s and Travolta’s son out of the press. The filing alleges he was upset because Priscilla had promised he would be the only male musician in the family and would become the “king.” The complaint additionally alleges the Them Guns lead singer, 38, demanded a multi-million-dollar settlement.

The National Enquirer has previously reported on what it described as a secret grandchild who “resides in Florida” and was never acknowledged by Priscilla, 80, or Lisa Marie. The article notes that the Travoltas are based in Ocala.

Priscilla’s attorneys, Marty Singer and Wayne Harman, denied the relevance and legitimacy of the allegations in a statement to TMZ, saying: “After losing motion after motion in this case, and unsuccessfully seeking to have Presley’s counsel of record, Marty Singer, disqualified from representing her in this matter, Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family.”

They added: “In a completely improper effort to exert undue pressure on Presley to retract her legitimate, truthful claims, Kruse and her co-conspirators have also sued Presley’s son, cousin, and assistant. These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case. The conduct of Kruse, Fialko, and their new lawyers (they are on their fourth set of attorneys) is shameful, and it absolutely will be addressed in court.”

Kruse and Fialko’s attorney, Jordan Matthews, also issued a statement to the Enquirer: “Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko are heartbroken that they have been forced to file their most recent amended complaint. This amended complaint is about revealing the truth, correcting the record, and providing evidence of the work that was done in good faith to bring peace, resolution, and stability to the Presley family, despite being exposed to constant volatility.”
