Snoop Dogg’s daughter Cori Broadus has shared that her baby daughter, Codi Dreaux, has died.
Cori, 26, posted the heartbreaking update on her Instagram Stories on Saturday, Jan. 31, alongside a black-and-white photo of herself smiling while holding her baby. “Monday I lost the love of my life. My Codi,” she wrote over the image, adding an angel-wing emoji.
Cori’s fiancé, Wayne Deuce, also posted tributes on his own Instagram Stories, sharing photos of himself holding their daughter.
“I been the saddest since u left me Codi Dreaux. But I know u at peace. Daddy will always love you,” he wrote on one image. In another post, he added: “My baby.”
Cori, Snoop Dogg’s youngest child and only daughter, previously revealed in a February 2025 Instagram post that Codi was born three months early.

“The princess arrived at 6 months,” she wrote in the birth announcement, which included a black-and-white photo of her baby’s foot.
She also opened up about how difficult the experience had been, writing that she had cried, compared herself to others, and blamed herself — but ultimately leaned on her faith. “But no matter what God always shows me that I’m His Child!” she wrote.
In the same post, Cori shared that her daughter arrived at 25 weeks and that she was grateful to have made it that far. “Baby girl came at 25 weeks today and she’s perfect as ever!” she wrote. “Thank You God for getting me this far no matter the odds that are constantly thrown against me 🙏.”
In an Instagram Stories post shared that same day, Cori said she delivered via C-section after doctors told her she was developing HELLP syndrome — a serious pregnancy complication that stands for Hemolysis (the process of red blood cell destruction), Elevated Liver enzymes and Low Platelets.
Codi later spent 10 months in the NICU, and Cori shared earlier this month that she was finally able to bring her baby home in early January.

“She’s home. 🤍,” she wrote in a Jan. 6 Instagram post featuring herself and Codi snuggling on a bed. “Thank you for every prayer, every message, every ounce of love. God heard them all. 🕊️✨.”
Cori first announced she was pregnant with a daughter in December 2024. Speaking to E! News, she said she learned she was pregnant on Oct. 28 and explained that doctors had been closely monitoring her pregnancy because she was considered high-risk.
“I’m a high-risk pregnancy, and doctors were very concerned for me and the baby, but God has his hands on me,” she said at the time.
