Masked male Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents wearing tactical gear reportedly forced their way into a women’s bathroom at Cato nutrition bar factory in New York—going so far as to push open a stall while a woman was using the toilet. In the footage, agents can be heard telling her to “pull your pants up.”
The raid itself happened in September, but the video only surfaced recently through court filings.
According to the report, officers told Cato’s owners they were operating under a warrant for a violent felon. But the warrant they had allegedly permitted them to enter the building and seize documents—not detain a woman in a bathroom stall.
ICE ultimately detained and questioned 57 people during the operation, including individuals who asked for legal counsel. At least 21 people were deported, separating them from their families.
“I guess we found the men going into women’s bathrooms,” one X user wrote.
