On Monday, Dec. 22, Fowlie, 40 — who cowrote the viral SNL “Domingo” sketch — shared a missing persons report issued by the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD). The report included photos of his sister, Christina Lynn Downer, 38.
“My sister has been missing and we are worried that she isn’t safe,” Fowlie wrote on Instagram. He noted that while her married name is Downer, she may also be known as Christina Fowlie, and he encouraged others to share the information widely.
In the caption, he added: “Please share this so that if anyone has seen her, they can give any information to the police. The phone number is 213 996 1800 and her case number is 25237639. she was last seen in LA. thank you.”
According to the LAPD report, Downer has brown hair and brown eyes, is 5 feet 1 inch tall, and weighs about 120 pounds. Police said she was “last contacted in late November.” The report also noted that “Christina’s family and friends are concerned for her safety.”
