Alexandra Daddario and her husband, film producer Andrew Form, have decided to end their marriage after more than three years together.
A representative for the actress, 39, confirmed the news in a statement, saying, “Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form have made the decision to end their marriage.”
“The decision was made with love and respect,” the statement added. “They will continue to co-parent their child together and appreciate privacy as they navigate this transition.”
Daddario and Form, 57, were married in June 2022. The couple share a 15-month-old son. Daddario is also stepmother to Form’s two children, Rowan, 9, and Julian, 12, from his previous marriage to Jordana Brewster.
Form is widely known for his work as a producer on major projects including the A Quiet Place films, The Purge series, and several successful horror movies. While the exact timeline of his relationship with Daddario remains private, the actress publicly confirmed their romance in May 2021 by sharing a black-and-white photo of the pair on Instagram.

Their engagement was confirmed later that year, in December 2021, and the couple married approximately six months afterward in New Orleans.
In July 2024, Daddario revealed she was expecting their first child together in an interview with Vogue, noting that she had kept her pregnancy private for six months. At the time, the actress described herself as “overjoyed” and also spoke candidly about a previous pregnancy loss.
“Well, I had been pregnant,” she said. “I had loss.”

“It’s long and complicated, so I don’t want to be too specific,” Daddario explained. “Those kinds of losses and trauma are very hard to explain unless you’ve been through them. I really relate to all the women who have experienced those kinds of things in a way that I didn’t fully understand before. It’s very, very painful.”
The couple welcomed their son on Halloween 2024. In February 2025, Daddario reflected on motherhood, calling the experience “wonderful.”
“I’m very lucky,” she said. “He’s a great baby. He’s brought so much joy and peace into my life. I recommend it to anyone who wants a child.”
